I saw/heard one the other day, and I gotta say, it was sick. Then today while riding past the local Chevy dealer, they have one as well (Actually 2:

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .) It looks insane. If I had the money, I might would have to eat crow. I don’t though, so it’s not a problem. They also have an SS in dark red, it’s a car.

As someone who isn’t even close to a GM fan, it takes a lot for me to like one due to plenty of past experiences, but I think I could like one of these.

What happened in these past experiences? I assume they were horrible ones.

Out of the 5 we’ve had, one actually made it to 100k miles on it’s original trans. None were abused vehicles. And I believe the one made it, because the 3.4 OHV doesn’t have enough power to tear a piece of paper. Then there is the average fanboy and the interiors. Plus, 2014 kind of confirmed all of my fears.

One went at 40k, then the factory replacement went at 70k. That was our last “true” GM product. Currently we have a Vibe, but that’s a Corolla that needs oil changes occasionally.
